A Tioga County grand jury has indicted two Pennsylvania men on murder, kidnapping and burglary counts in connection with an Apalachin home invasion incident.

Investigators say 32-year-old Brian Argro was fatally shot May 9 in his residence on Dorothy Road in Tioga Terrace.

Two suspects - 40-year-old Curtis Cuttino and 46-year-old Michael McVicker - were arrested after the early-morning killing.

Cuttino was taken into custody by a Tioga County sheriff's deputy on Route 434 in Vestal about 30 minutes after the incident was reported.

Police found McVicker on a bus in Monticello several hours later.

Cuttino has been indicted on a count of first-degree murder. He and McVicker also were indicted on counts of second-degree murder, first-degree burglary and second-degree kidnapping. They also face weapon possession counts.

New York State Police investigators have not publicly discussed a motive in the case. They said a 20-year-old woman who was in the home at the time of the shooting was not injured.
