May The Fourth Be With You

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Today is May 4th, and I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that I'm not the only person you'd heard or seen this line mentioned today.

Yes, May 4th is Star Wars Day, solely because of that silly saying. How many of you will be wearing some kind of Star Wars costume to work? Since many people are working from home, there may be more people inclined to do so because no one else will see you dressed as your favorite Star Wars character as you go about your work business from home.

Although, it would be interesting for those of you who may be going on a conference call today, dressed in Star Wars garb. Maybe you could just put a background up on your computer featuring something like the cockpit of the Millenium Falcon, a desert on the planet Tatooine, in chains next to Jabba the Hutt (Pizza the Hutt?) or at the bar in Chalmun's Cantina with characters from around the galaxy staring at you, thinking just what no-good deed this Earthling is up to?

The ideas are endless. Of course they are. You have 11 Star Wars movies (counting 'Rouge One') to choose from for ideas.  Have a wonderful May Fourth. Live long and prosper. Oops, wrong science fiction series.
