Hundreds of New COVID Cases Reported in Northeast Pa.

Northeast Pennsylvania is continuing to see large numbers of new COVID-19 infections and all three Northern Tier counties have reported deaths from the pandemic over the past week.

Pennsylvania saw 23,218 new cases statewide for the week with 554 new deaths reported.

Bradford County reports 211 new cases for a pandemic total of 7,815 while two more residents died over the past week. Susquehanna County reported 120 additional cases for the week for a total of 3,741. Susquehanna also reported two additional deaths and Wayne County saw 125 new cases for the week, bringing the pandemic total to 5,758. Wayne County lost three residents to the pandemic last week.
