Cookies And Cocoa With Mrs. Claus At Ross Park Zoo
There's fun for kids and adults alike over two weekends at Binghamton's Ross Park Zoo. Mrs. Claus will be greeting guests in Ross Park Zoo’s Wolf Woods building on December 9, 10, 16, and 17 from 10 a.m. to noon. Don't worry about the weather, it will be warm inside.
The event allows guests to feed grain to the Zoo's goats and sheep before heading to Wolf Woods for a visit and photos with Mrs. Claus and a sweet snack of cookies and hot cocoa.
On Saturday, December 9th, sounds of the season will be performed by artists from Tri-Cities Opera at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.! For more information on this event and how to purchase tickets (admission to the zoo is included), click here.
The Ross Park Zoo is also open to the general public as well. Visitors to the zoo in the winter season may see the animals differently with many, like the Arctic fox, sporting their winter coats and enjoying the colder weather.
