Historic Home with Most Unique Floorplan in Binghamton for Sale

Recently, a friend was talking seriously about beginning the search for her family's first home. She and her spouse had been talking for quite a while now about the possibility of being homeowners for the first time.

I can say from experience that it's very exciting to begin the search for a place that you will be hopefully living in for a long time. Maybe even for the rest of your life. And it's also very scary. Purchasing a house is probably the biggest purchase most people will ever make. That has been my case.

While I don't plan on looking for a new home anytime soon, I still enjoy looking through local real estate sites to see what homes are up for sale and check out the photos. There are many amazing homes in the Southern Tier of New York and Northeast Pennsylvania.

Well, you know me. If I find something that really catches my eye, something that looks really cool as far as real estate is concerned, I like to share it with everyone. And guess what? I found another interesting home that I think you would agree is pretty cool.

This one is located on Campbell Road in Binghamton. Funny thing, I never knew there was a road with the name Campbell in Binghamton. The reason I bring this up is that I used to live in a town named Campbell. It's located in Steuben County. And the thing is, I've driven past this road thousands of times. It's right off Riverside Drive in Binghamton.

Anyway, take a look at this historic home. And note its unique floorplan. I think you'll agree with me that this is quite an amazing place to live.
