The Vestal Golden Bears travel to Alumni Stadium in Binghamton Friday night to meet the Patriots in a Section 4 high school football battle. In a Division II clash the Golden Bears look to make it five straight wins while the Patriots have won two straight heading into weekend action.

Vestal is riding high after defeating 11th-ranked Union-Endicott 24-21 at Dick Hoover Stadium last Friday night.  Mason Mabee booted a 32-yard field goal as time ran out to give the Golden Bears the home win over long-time rival Union-Endicott.

The Patriots look to make it three straight victories after rolling by Johnson City last weekend 43-12.  Binghamton is 1-1 in the division and 3-3 overall.  Vestal is 2-0 in the division and is 5-1 overall.  The Golden Bears only loss was a 7-6 setback versus Nottingham in a non-section 4 contest early in the season.

Friday night's game will be broadcast on News Radio 1290 WNBF and online at wnbf.com.  Airtime is set for 6:50 PM.
