Last Night Madison Square Garden had their first and only chance this season to see the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors who have won 44 of the 48 games they have played this season.

I had my first opportunity it see this team play last night as they soundly defeated my Knicks 116-95.

Even on a night when the Warriors top gun and arguably the best shotting guard in the history of the game, Steph Curry didn't shoot well, Klay Thompson scored 34 points and had his ninth triple double of the season setting a Warriors franchise record.

The Knicks stayed close in the first half, but were outscored 61-46 in the second half with Curry on the bench.

The Warriors have two starting line ups, their second squad players are good enough to be a starting team, and that's hard to stop.

Most teams cannot match up against these Golden State Warriors, they have an array of players who can shoot very quickly and accurately, and they're not only beating the under .500 teams, they beat the Spurs and the Cavs by over 20 points each game in the past few weeks.

Every team in the NBA should be learning from how this team moves the ball, I hope my Knicks have learned from last nights loss.

I have to admit it's nice to see a new elite team in the NBA, and these Golden State Warriors will be hoisting another trophy in June, that's my prediction.

Still Go Knicks
