This tune was written and recorded by The Doors for their 1971 album LA Woman and inspired by the song, Ghost Riders In The Sky.

The production of this song created the illusion of a raining glooming scene, with ray Manzarek's Fender Rhodes electric piano, and real sound effects of rain and thunder.

The song only reached the 22 spot on the US charts but it remains in the playlists of most classic rock radio stations.

Creed covered the song on The Doors tribute album, Stoned Immaculate.

Here is my Got Ya Covered video of the week, Riders On The Storm, by Creed.
