As the crowd dispersed when Troopers arrived at around 1:40 a.m., they say they found 36-year-old Joseph Becker in the vehicle and determined he was intoxicated. Authorities say they also found he was in possession of an illegal knife.

Becker is charged with driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a weapon.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Union Court later this month.
