
Binghamton Man Charged in Thefts from Vehicles
A Binghamton man is facing seven felony charges for allegedly stealing valuables out of vehicles.

City Police Detectives say 27-year-old Mark Torres is charged with five counts of grand larceny and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property.
Detectives say Torres is accused of entering unlocked vehicles early in the morning and swiping items of value. Police say the incidents happened on the South Side of the City, all earlier this month, but their investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to call (607) 772-7080.
