New York State Police say a search of a home in Barton has turned up evidence of drug sales and resulted in three arrests.

Richard Griffith Senior, Richard Griffith Junior and Joshua Chapman were arrested April 8 following the search of a home on Route 17C where Troopers, Tioga County Sheriff's Deputies and Waverly Police seized one gram of crystal methamphetamine, suboxone strips and drug packaging material.

The elder Griffith is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.  Junior is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance, misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and Chapman is charged with felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance along with two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

All three were sent to the Tioga County Jail on $25,000 bail.
