What Special Skill Would You Like To Learn?

Recently, one of my friends on Facebook (yes, I have a few friends on social media), posed an interesting question. He basically asked if you were given the opportunity to meet and learn from a person who is a professional in whatever field you'd like, who would it be and what would you want to learn?

For example, maybe you would like to learn how to cook Rizzuto properly, and if I've learned anything from watching 'Hell's Kitchen', the master would be Gordon Ramsay. You would have to have tough skin I imagine and deal with his colorful language, but it would be well worth it.

So, the question to you is, what skill would you like to learn and what mentor would you like to learn this skill from? Could be an expert, someone famous or someone you know personally.
