Authorities say 30-year-old Mario Darder was arrested Thursday following the police operation at 365 First Avenue. The house is located just south of Vestal Road.

Police executing a search warrant found "numerous" people inside the residence. They confiscated methamphetamine, marijuana plants and processed marijuana.

Investigators also seized packaging material, scales and drug paraphernalia.

Police say Darder was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Darder was arraigned at the Broome County Public Safety Building in the town of Dickinson and ordered held at the jail.

Officials say the investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.
