State police say ten Broome County residents face charges after an investigation into methamphetamine sales in Endicott.

Authorities on Monday announced the arrests followed the execution of a search warrant at an Arthur Avenue residence.

Investigators say they seized an ounce of crystal meth as well as some suboxone and controlled substance medications. They also confiscated a 38-caliber handgun, an illegal knife and drug packaging materials.

The following were inside the residence and were arrested and charged as follows:

Paul R. Panella, age 54 of Endicott, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (intent to sell), felony
Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Two counts of Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor

Elizabeth D. Bickham, age 19 of Endicott, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (intent to sell), felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, felony
Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor
Bickham was also wanted on two separate warrants.

Anthony C. Jefferson, age 32 of Endicott, NY
Six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor

Emilio L. Sees, age 29 of Endicott, NY
Six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor

Anthony M. Kormos, age 28 of Apalachin, NY
Six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor
Kormos was found to be in violation of parole and also wanted on a felony warrant.

Amber K. Garnier, age 29 of Endicott, NY
Criminal Nuisance 1st degree, felony

Corey M. Allan, age 25 of Whitney Point, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor

Gypzy M. Varga, age 35 of Endicott, NY
False Personation, misdemeanor
Loitering 1st degree, misdemeanor

Before the Arthur Avenue house was searched, police saw a vehicle leave the residence and park nearby. As troopers approached, the driver got out of the vehicle and tried to discard some methamphetamine. The driver and a passenger in the vehicle were arrested.

The driver, Matthew C. Wood, age 34 of Endicott, NY was charged with:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (intent to sell), felony
Tampering with Evidence, felony
Two counts of Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, misdemeanor
Wood was also wanted on a felony warrant.

The passenger, McKenna N. Westgate, age 21 of Vestal, NY was charged with:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree, felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (intent to sell), felony
Two counts of Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, misdemeanor
