Cold temperatures continue to be a concern for much of the Twin Tiers through at least midday January 11 while a blast of lsnow has coated some roadways.
Much of the Twin Tiers is shivering under below-zero wind chills as winds kick up a small accumulation of snow from January 28 through early January 19.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory from 10 p.m. January 28 to 11 a.m. January 29 for Chenango, Cortland and Delaware Counties.
