State Police Look for Man Who Punched an Oxford ATM

New York State Police are looking for a man who appears to have taken out his frustration over technology on a hapless Automatic Teller Machine.

A man is seen on surveillance film attempting to use an ATM on North Canal Street in Oxford June 8^th, becoming angry and punching and kicking the machine, damaging it.

The man is described as a heavy-set, white, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black and gray shorts and a Dallas Cowboys hat, on-backwards.  He has a tattoo on his left calf.

The technology problems with the machine apparently are also thwarting the authorities.  Troopers say the man’s ATM card didn’t read, so they are unable to identify him easily.
