NBC News reported yesterday that Starbucks will start blocking people from viewing porn on their Wi-Fi inside their stores in 2019.

Then yesterday afternoon, Forbes got their hands on a memo from the Vice President of YouPorn, Charlie Hughes, that says effective January 1st All Starbucks products will be banned from the YouPorn offices.

I don't have a problem with people watching porn. I would be a hypocrite if I did. However, I can see where companies would ban watching porn inside their stores so other customers will not be offended by the sights and sounds.

If you are by yourself or around consenting adults and not in a public place, that's fine. But if children and other adults that do not care for porn can see or hear what you're watching, I can understand why people would get offended by that.

I wonder what will happen when the first employee walks into the YouPorn offices carrying a Starbucks coffee. Will they instantly be fired? Maybe they will be suspended? Maybe they will just be forced to leave the coffee outside. I don't know.

I guess we'll wait and see what happens with that and if any other adult entertainment companies follow suit.
