Dijon Mustard Encrusted Salmon

I think it is important to mention that we are looking at the salmon to the right in the picture and also that these particular pieces of salmon came frozen, not fresh.

1. If frozen, thaw fish over night by letting them sit in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat over to 375 degrees.

3. Place salmon on cooking sheet, squeeze whole grain spicy Dijon mustard on salmon and spread out with a knife.

4. Place in oven and cook for approximately 12-15minutes.

5. Take out, cool and enjoy!

Salmon is healthy and nutritious, plus mustard does not contain a lot of calories. A quick easy and healthy meal!
