Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's administration is clarifying a particular school reopening requirement and it's not sitting well with schools, parents or kids.

Health Secretary Dr.. Rachel Levine said August 11 that masks must be worn at almost all times in school. That even includes when the students, teachers and staff are physically six feet apart.

The exceptions would be when the students are eating or drinking and six feet apart, when a mask would make it unsafe to operate machinery or equipment or, in some cases, during a brief break.

Parents and administrators continue to raise concerns about being able to make the children follow the rules while school leaders say this week's clarification means they have to change their preparations for reopening again.
