The 2003 Suzuki Grand Vitara overturned and came to rest on the driver’s side after hitting the tree and Walters was partially ejected.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger, 27-year-old Angel Strope of Towanda was critically injured. He was flown to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.
