Man Sought Following October Thefts on Chapin Street
Binghamton Police are investigating a number of thefts on Chapin Street in October.
On the BPD Facebook page, the agency says it is looking for a man wearing a dark-colored jacket, light pants, a hat and sandals, as seen in surveillance photos.
The man is black and appears to be in his mid 20s, of average build.
Anyone with information about the October 11th larceny in the area of 136 Chapin Street or the identity of the man seen in the photo should contact Binghamton Police Detectives at (607) 772-7080. Callers may remain anonymous.
