New York State Police are looking for a man who is believed to have fraudulently withdrawn $6,000 from two Binghamton Key Bank branches in May.

The man is black, possibly in his early 20s and is seen on surveillance photos wearing grey pants with a red stripe down the side, a white shirt and a black, zippered jacket with two snaps at the collar. He had braided hair that was neatly pulled back and a soul-patch style goatee. He was also wearing at least one silver earring that can be seen in the photo in his right ear lobe.

State Police say the fraudulent withdrawals were made at branches on Front Street and on Main Street in Binghamton.

The victim whose account number was used is from the Ballston Spa area.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police in Saratoga at (518) 899-2319. (Reference SJS #8281690.)
