Look! Here Are the 2024 Opening Dates for New York’s Amusement Parks! Are You Ready?

Spring arrives at 11:06pm on Tuesday March 19th. A rainy and chilly forecast for the first full day of the season is not how we would draw it up if we had the choice but the promise of sunshine and warmer days can't be far behind.

In addition to the improving weather conditions, one sure sign of spring is the opening of our amusement parks. Here is a list of amusement parks in New York State and when they are scheduled to open in 2024.

• Saturday March 23, 2024 - Open for the season.

LEGOLAND - New York Resort - 1 Legoland Way in Goshen, NY.

• Wednesday March 27, 2024 - Open for the season
• July 4th - Red, White & Boom celebration
• September - October - Brick-or-Treat

MIDWAY AMUSEMENT PARK - 4859 Route 430 in Bemus Point, NY

• Saturday May 25, 2024 - Open for the season
• June 2024 - Open Saturdays and Sundays
• July 3rd - Open Wednesdays through Sundays

PLAYLAND - 1 Playland Parkway Rye, NY

• Saturday May 18, 2024 - Open for the season
• Fireworks 2024 - Dates to be determined

SEABREEZE AMUSEMENT PARK - 4600 Culver Road in Rochester, NY

• Saturday May 18, 2024 - Open for the season
• Saturday May 25th - Water Park opens for the season

• Friday May 17, 2024 - Open for the season

• Wednesday May 22nd - Darien Lake Amphitheatre opens with Hozier
