Domestic Incident

This week's report listed Brandon Smales of Binghamton being charged with Child Endangerment and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the City of Binghamton.

Grand Larceny

44-year-old James Cornish from Endicott was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Assault

Markus Imes of Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Child Endangerment, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

Criminal Possession

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Gregory Potter, age 44 of Johnson City, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Multiple Traffic Violations

Zachary Hamilton from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC>.08 (1st Offense), Misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Village of Port Dickinson.

Larceny

33-year-old Damien Card of Johnson City was charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
