The New York Giants try to make it four in a row with an NFC East Monday Night Matchup in Philadelphia coverage begins at 7:30pm on 991 The Whale.

Both teams have defenses that can shut down the running game, Giants are number one against the rush, and the Eagles are number three, so look for a lot of short passes over the line.

This is an important game for the Giants, with the Cowboys banged up and without Romo, the Eagles are the Giants biggest competition in the division, and the season could come down to a tie breaker, so this could be a crucial victory for both teams.

Ell Manning is coming off a great game in which he passed Phil Simms as the all time winningest Giant with 102 victories, and he was named NFC offensive player of the week.

Victor Cruz remains out of the lineup as well as Prince Amukamara who has an injured pectoral, Odel Beckham Jr is questionable with a hamstring, so we'll hope for the best come game time.

The Giants defense needs to stop DeMarco Murray . Darren Sproles and the run, and watch for the screens and short passes over the middle, we seem to get burned a lot on those type of plays.

Big Blue must force a few turnovers and get to Quarterback Sam Bradford.

This should be a good game and its always a battle when these two teams meet, look for some extra pushing and shoving, and probably a few personal fouls.

The Giants could come out of this with their first four game winning streak since 2012, and a 2-1 record within the division.

Catch all the action Monday, starting with the pre-game show at 7:30pm, and keep it here after the game for coach Coughlin’s press conference and team interviews on your station for NY Giants Football, 99.1 The Whale.

Go Giants!
