The New York Giants took advantage of turnovers, and the absence of Tony Romo and Dez Bryant to beat the Dallas Cowboys, 27-20.

Does this team ever win easy? Rhetorical as it sounds, I'm stating that as a fact. We were lucky to win that game.

The positives for the Giants started with the running game and running back, Orleans Darkwa. Darkwa had his first opportunity this season to show his talent, with 48 yards and a touchdown. Big Blue racked up 132 yards on the ground, something they really needed to do.

The Giants defense caused four turnovers, including two picks from Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and that was key in this victory.

Special teams was big with a fumble recover on what would have been the Cowboys chance to try and tie the game with 1:26 left. Dwayne Harris had a 100 yard kickoff return that put the Giants ahead for good.

The negatives in this game were the Cowboys dominate running game, clock possession, and first downs, which they doubled on us.

I think we were lucky to win, and the Cowboys are not the team they would be with Tony Romo and Dez Bryant on the field.

The win gives the Giants sole possession of first place in the NFC East.
