Emoji License Plates Coming To New York?

If you own a car and are up for a registration renewal, you are one step closer to really letting people know how you feel!

There is a push to allow car owners to use emojis on their license plates.

Vermont is leading the way.  Representative Rebecca White has proposed a bill allowing the digital characters on vanity license plates.  There are no guidelines for which emojis will be offered.
