Eight Local Eateries Great Enough To Become A National Franchise

So, you decided to be the proud owner of a restaurant? Should you add more eateries in the community or maybe franchise it out nationally?

That was the plan towards the end of the sitcom 'Schitt's Creek' except it was a motel becoming a chain of many across the country. Is it good business sense, or a disaster in waiting? I guess it depends on a lot of variables.

But let's just go on the merit that these eateries, in my opinion, are worthy of being in locations around the country for all of America to enjoy. And I'm sure there are more local eateries that would do well across the country, but these are a start.
