They said it couldn't be done and it wasn't, until last night when the Cavaliers came back from a 3-1 deficit to bring a championship to the city of Cleveland with a 93-89 win over Golden State.

Lebron James has a triple double with 27 points, 11 assists and 11 rebounds as the Cleveland Cavaliers stunned the Golden State Warriors to become the first team to overcome a 3-1 deficit in an NBA finals series.

Kyrie Irving was big in the series with 26 points which included the game wining shot with less than a minute left.

The Warriors led 49-42 at the half, but the Cavs played great team defense in the second half, holding Stephen Curry to just 4 for 14 behind the 3 point arc.

I thought it was a classy move for Lebron to come back to Cleveland two years ago with a goal to bring a championship to a city that hasn't seen one in 52 years.

He could have gone to several other teams that were already contenders, but James chose to come back to a city left when he was a free agent.

This was one of the best NBA finale I have seen in a while both teams played great and we haven't seen the last of the Golden State Warriors, this is a young team and they have a mile of talent.

Congratulations to the city of Cleveland and the true Cavalier fans.

Go Knicks!
