Classic Rock Ballads Weekend on 99.1 The Whale

We love to rock, but admit it, you enjoy some slower rock tunes, including ones that are labeled Ballads.

And with that, this weekend we are taking a look at those Rock Ballads from the Classic Rock decades. A lot of these songs bring back memories. Many good, and yes, some sad. The criteria for a Rock Ballad? They are mostly slow, and contain romance or  lack of, like a breakup. Rock Ballads are also based on popularity, not just initial, but for the long term, along with the song's lyrical quality.
