Broome County is looking for input on what to do with Grippen Park.

An online survey on the Grippen Park Recreational Building Upgrade Project is available at www.gobroomecounty.com/parks/grippen. The survey replaces a meeting that was set for January 15 but canceled due to the current spread of COVID-19 in the community.

The county says it is looking to provide a flexible, multi-use community recreation space, expand programming and activities, make the park and building more inclusive for users of all ages and abilities, become resilient and adaptive to future flooding and address current and future needs of the community.

Officials say an in-person public workshop may be scheduled in the future if pandemic conditions allow.
