
Binghamton Man to Get Prison Time for Order of Protection Violation
A Binghamton man faces up to a year in prison after being found guilty of violating an order of protection.

The Broome County District Attorney’s Office says Thomas Cross was found guilty April 6 of Criminal Contempt for having contact with a victim of an incident a year ago.
According to a news release from D.A. Michael Korchak’s office, the Order of Protection had been issued to Cross on March 27, 2021 that prohibited him from contacting a victim but violated that order on July 7th.
Sentencing is set for June.
