Binghamton On Tap Coming Soon

We're a little over a week away from our third annual Binghamton on Tap, beer tasting event February 25 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Binghamton, more details and tickets here.

I get to do a lot of different things in my profession, but hosting the ultimate Beer tasting event, now that's very cool!

We're looking forward to a great day on the official last weekend of February with over 100 craft beers to sample, vendors to tell you about some of the beers you're trying and food available.

We'll have entertainment too! The Troubadours will be performing. I really like these guys, they're a lot of fun, and play some great classic rock!

I am a beer drinker and like many of you, I enjoy sampling and finding new flavors to enjoy and share with my family and friends.

There will be two sessions to choose from, 1p to 4pm or 5p to 8p. How many different types of beers can you sample in 3 hours? You’ll have your choice of over 100.

I was watching a cooking show on television and contestants were making their own recipes using beer, most of the dishes looked really good, so I included a video below, that will show you how to make a few dishes cooking with beer.
