B.C. Parks Announce Scarecrow Display Contest

The fall season is upon us and according to a press release from Broome County Government Offices, it’s time for the annual Scarecrow Display and Contest at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton.

Presented by the Broome County Department of Parks Recreation and Youth Services, and its in fifth year, the event will take place from October 5^. through October 18^.

The contest is open to individuals, clubs, groups, businesses and organizations, entry is free of charge.

Entry forms must be submitted by September 25. Scarecrows must be completed by October 4.
