What’s Going On This Weekend In Binghamton

Here’s your weekly reminder of all the great activities we have here in the Southern Tier. Get out and try something new!

It’s an early start to the fun with this: The West Windsor Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary is hosting a Gance’s dinner at Schneider’s Market, Five Mile Point Plaza in Kirkwood, today from 11 am to 6 pm!

I don’t think you want to miss this tonight! The 10th annual Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day Hooley is tonight from 7 to 11 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 136 Park Ave in Binghamton. Sponsored by the Ladies AOH Divisions 1 & 2.

How about checking out cars? That’s always fun for the family. The 8th annual Olde Time Cruise In and Family Days is Sunday at the Warren Township Community Center in Warren Center, PA. It kicks off at 9 am with all kinds of classic vehicles plus picnic pavilions, play area for kids, great food and music.

Or this? The Endwell United Methodist Church, 3301 Watson Blvd., hosts a rummage and bake sale on Saturday from 8 am to noon with a bag sale from noon to 1 pm. It’s also a Doug’s Fish fry from 11 am to 6 pm!

Food is always good. There will be a Brooks BBQ at St. Michael’s parking lot, 296 Clinton St in Binghamton, on Saturday from noon til sold out. Halves and dinners available.

To help a community member, stop here: There’s a cancer benfit for Sarah harrison pautard, on Saturday from 2 to 6 pm, at Brothers 2 in Endwell. $20 ticket includes ziti dinner. Raffles and silent auction too.

After enjoying some fun, stop here for a good meal! The Maine Masonic Lodge hosts a roast beef dinner on Saturday at the Lodge from 4:30 to 6 pm. Takeouts are available.

This sounds like fun, too. Binghamton Classic Films presents the Chester Morris/Harriet Hilliard 1941 film Confessions of Boston Blackie on Saturday at 7 pm at BCC, Room 101 Titchner Hall. Suggested donations accepted.

Then there’s: The Nanticoke Valley Historical Society hosts a Snack & Dessert Cabaret on Sunday at 2 pm at the J. Ralph Ingalls School building, 35 Church St. In Maine. It honors Joyce Smith and 2 unannounced gentlemen. Music and fun plus more.

Plan ahead if you are unattached for this mingle. There’s a Contemporary Singles meeting Tuesday Sept. 17 at 6 pm at the Endicott Visitors Center. All singles are welcome!

This is interesting: The Tammy Twitchell Crafts Foundation hosts a spaghetti dinner and chinese auction on Thursday the 19th from 4 to 7 pm at Willowvale Fire Company on Chadwicks.Proceeds benefit those affected by CF.
