I have to thank NCIS for this tbt moment! On Tuesday night, one of the actors portraying a former NCIS agent was none other than "Angel." he's aged, but it was easy to recognize him!

Angel was a stooly that Jim Rockford relied on for information and to be bait at times. Why Rockford trusted this guy was beyond me. He couldn't keep his mouth shut. He'd throw anyone under the bus.
