I admit it. I have beer on the brain. Between the Big Game this weekend and Binghamton on Tap coming up soon I can't help it!

How about combining the two? Seattle breweries vs. New England breweries.

Let's start with the ones coming to Binghamton on Tap.

From Seattle, we have Merchant Du Vin. They have a few craft brands and their flavors are delicious. Imagine pairing their Chocolate and Raspberry brews for Valentine's Day.

From New England, it's Sam Adams. Yes, they are a big company, but they are on equal footing with craft beers. It's all about creativity in the beer sector.

Seattle is known for it's many small craft brewers and even the Seattle Mariners showcase them at the ballpark. New England is known for bringing some old time flavors a new twist.

Some of the best Seattle brews? Red Hook Ale and Pike Brewing Company. Rainier Beer is pretty cool too. The list is very long. Find out more about Seattle beers here.

As far as New England, they've got Vermont's Magic Hat and Fuzzy Baby Ducks from
New England Brewing Company. That list is long too! Check here.

Who wins in this battle? Beer drinkers! There's nothing better than a bunch of small breweries coming up with crazy concoctions for us to enjoy. Bacon maple beer anyone?

As far as football, go Seattle Seahawks!
