The consensus is that today's world is pretty messed up. People are on edge, grumpy, stressed and generally out of sorts.

Today especially! I'm not sure if it's because winter is here or because it's Monday (or perhaps a little of both) but the people around here have the blues.

If this sounds like you, I have the perfect remedy!

Spend a little quality time with your dog. If this "therapy" works for hospital patients and the elderly, why wouldn't it work for you?

Play some games, roll around on the floor ("rough housing" as my family calls it), or just have a nice conversation. Yes, you can talk to your dog! There's nothing wrong with that. As you can see, my sister's dog was the best listener this weekend.

I should mention that your dog will benefit from your undivided attention as well!
