With this Nor'easter kicking into high gear, I kind of miss the big storms in Connecticut when I was a kid.

We'd be at my Gram's for school break and end up staying longer because 25 inches dumped on us. Good times. Good times. The last great storm I was in was in the '90s.

My Uncle had a brunch planned for December, so I drove up. the night before the party, we got a Nor'easter. We were watching transformers blow across West Hartford. The power went out and we hung out in front of the fireplace listening to local talk radio. The next morning, we brewed coffee and cooked quiches on the grill. Talk about awesome!

Now that I've shared my favorite storm story, how about you share yours? Were you an adult or kid? How much snow was there? Do you have pictures? Share it all here or head to our Facebook page and we will make a gallery out of everything shared.
