Owego’s Lights on the River is Friday

The Southern Tier goes all out for the holidays and Owego is no exception.

Get ready for Lights on the river festival on Friday from 4 to 9 pm! Downtown Owego will shimmer with holiday lights in every nook and cranny. There is a reason they call it "lights on the river.' Wait until you see the reflections on the water!

At  4 pm the children's activities start, plus there will be carolers, children's choruses, strolling entertainers, live reindeer, and Santa! The lighting of the Village happens at 6 pm.

The piece de resistance is the fireworks at 8 pm.
