A NJ court ruling could have major implications on texting. A judge ruled that if you have reasonable knowledge that a person is driving and you text them, you will be held liable if they are in a car accident while reading your text.

Think about that. You would have to send out a disclaimer text first or not text at all.

One issue is that the majority of drivers re still texting or making calls while driving. We need to knock it the hell off!  The second issue, having to do with the law, is how do we know when our texts are being read?

This will end up in the Supreme Court for sure! What's your take?
