News of the Weird Runner Up: Man Stopped For DUI Calls Lawyer on Breathalyzer

There is drunk and then there is drunk. This German guy was drunk!

The unnamed man was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint. It was obvious to police that this guy could barely stand and when confronted he grabbed an "iPhone" from the police and attempted to call his lawyer. That was his mistake. It wasn't an iPhone. It was a breathalyzer!

Yes, the guy breathed right into it. He did finally talk to his lawyer, but that was after he got booked in jail. You do get a call there.

My one question: how in the world do you mistake a breathalyzer for an iPhone?
