It's stories like this that make me feel smart. But then again, was this guy smart because he wanted to be arrested and was successful?

Charles Scribner of New Mexico was apparently upset at Bank of America, so he went to his branch to let them know.

He went to the window and ranted that the bank had "sold him out", then proceeded to bust out each window on the front of the building. He did stop briefly to call 911 and said "Ya'll might want to come and arrest me...I don't want to keep having to break them."

Police finally got there, asked if Mr. Scribner was on drugs and got berated by the guy for taking too long to arrest him!

Yeah. I think I'd still bet drugs or alcohol was involved.
