Man Slashes Tires To Pick Up Women

Seriously! This has got to be the worst pickup routine ever!

A 25 year old guy (luckily living in Japan) would go to grocery stores, scope out the women and slash their tires after they entered the store. Of course, when they went back to their cars they were distressed. Enter the hero (or psychopath). He would help them and then get their phone numbers.

He got busted for doing it 5 times, but actually the count is more like one thousand.
