I don't watch many reality shows, but one that I do is Alaska State Troopers, which airs Wednesday at 9 pm on Nat Geo (National Geographic Channel).

It doesn't get any more real than having a camera crew follow police in the frigid Alaska wilderness. And no, it isn't cheesy like Cops.
