  • Join us for The Binghamton Rescue Mission's 'Freeze Out 5K' event tonight     (February 26th) at Highland Park. Walk-in Registration at 6pm, race starts at 7p, food, refreshments, and music by the Whale's Doug Mosher after the event inside the Park Gym building.
  • The Lourdes Mission in Motion Mammography Van is coming to the Karen Gorman Agency, 2 Cushman Blvd, Binghamton on Monday February 29th from 10a to 2p call 798-5723 to schedule an appointment.
  • There will be a benefit held for Thomas Cashman, who is recovering from severe brain trauma, on March 5th at Knights of Columbus, 136 Park Avenue, Binghamton. The event will be held from 2 to 6PM with live music, raffles, and door prizes. Admission is $10 per person. Children under 10 admitted for free.
  • The Broome County Public Library, 185 Court Street, will host the BARK-9 program on March 5th from 10AM to 12PM. This fun and relaxed program helps improve children’s reading and communication skills through reading to a registered therapy dog. No registration necessary.   • The Maine American Legion, Route 26, Maine will host a Ham Party on March 5th at 7PM. Must be 18 or older to attend. Admission is $4 at the door and includes food and beverage.
    The Round Hill Masonic Center, 403 East Main Street, will host an all you can eat roast beef dinner on March 3rd from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Admission is $10 for adults, $3.50 for children under 12 and free for children under 5.
  • The Nimmonsburg United Methodist Church, 918 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, will host a Lenten Fish Fry on March 11th and 18th from 4 to 7PM. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. For more information call 607-724-5421.
