Endicott Wins The 2014 Water Taste Test

It's interesting that water is a hot topic. First with the toxic algae issue in Ohio and and now with good news.

I honestly had no idea there was a water taste competition between towns here in the Southern Tier.

The towns involved were: the City of Binghamton, Endicott, Conklin, Johnson City, and Whitney Point. The winner was Endicott and Binghamton was second.

Endicott now moves on to the regionals in Syracuse on Friday and, if they win, advance to the State finals at the new York State Fair.

This is an interesting way to promote the safety and quality of tap water.
