Crossing Boundaries: Country Band ‘Sixwire’ Pays Tribute to Rock’s Greatest Riffs

When I was working in Country radio, way back when, I had the pleasure of working with and getting to know the upcoming band "Sixwire". They were more talented than the music business gave them credit for. They have remained together and work some diverse gigs.

Now then. The reason I share this is because they recently posted an incredible video of their "mashup" of the greatest ROCK guitar riffs of all time. Classic Rock and Country coming together. These two genres are closer than you may think, but that's a blog for another day.

They call this "The Beast".
