With the passing of "Reuben Kincaid" and "The Professor" yesterday, I started missing classic TV shows.

They just don't make them like they used to. Yes, TV back in the day was cheesy, but it was true entertainment.

There was no one more suave or twisted than Gomez Addams (John Astin)! Every week I wondered why people were scared of him.

Bob Newhart - The Bob Newhart Show
I wanted him to be MY shrink. Ok, he wasn't cool, but he was funny. And we all wondered how he got a hot wife!

The Entire Cast - The Carol Burnett Show
If you wanted a laugh, you watched Carol. The cast was stellar and even though some of the jokes went over our heads, it was the BEST comedy on TV.

Ken Berry - F Troop
This is one of the most overlooked shows when it comes to re-runs! I happened to trip over it recently and rediscovered some great comedy.

Who was cooler than James Arness? No one! "Nuff said!
