The legendary frontman from The Who, Roger Daltrey, will be performing 'Tommy' in its entirety with members of the Who's band and the Hudson Valley Philharmonic. The show is taking place at Bethel Woods for the Performing Arts (site of the original Woodstock) on Friday, June 8th. Tickets will go on sale this Friday morning at 10 a.m. Even though I've never seen Roger by himself, I've have seen The Who a few times in the past and he always put on an awesome show.

We have more chances for you to win tickets each day this week at 7:20 in the morning. We will ask you trivia questions about the Who's 'Tommy' album. We will ask you questions like; what was Tommy's last name? Well, his parents' names were Captain and Mrs. Walker so there's your answer. There's also a song on the album called 'Christmas', which is about how Tommy does not understand the significance of the holiday. We may also ask who Tommy's alcoholic and sexually abusive uncle was? His name was Ernie. We could also ask you what his bully cousin's name was? That answer would be Kevin. And, we might even ask what year the Who's Tommy was released? If we do, that answer is 1969.

So be listening all this week for your chance to win tickets. Good luck from 99.1 The Whale.
